I am having trouble online. Can I just book with your salesperson manually?

While we do prefer receiving an e-signature, we can also create a PDF of your chosen package and receive a signature via fax or snail-mail. This option is much slower and more cumbersome and is not recommended for short lead-time events.
When working with a client that requires this step, the salesperson must first verify the package selected, choose said package within the client’s portal then print the contract as a PDF and send to the client for signature. The same rules apply as online booking in that the event is not considered booked until we have received a signed copy of our contract. Please be sure have the client inform you  of when they are sending the contract back (especially if it’s mailed) as well as if they are planning to forego the online payment methods as well.
